I found this platter for $2.99 at a thrift store in Beatrice and instantly thought of the Temporama dishware, I picked up for Kimberly. It's not an exact pattern match but it does still work.
The platter doesn't have any markings...so I couldn't find any information about it. ( :( Sadness)
